For all the things in progress

Making something takes space.

A good idea can arrive between errands, live in three notebooks, and wait months for its turn. The Garden gives those loose ends a home, without turning your creative life into another thing to keep up with.

A space to make things

From first thought to finished work.

One personal workspace for the messy middle as well as the first spark: collect ideas, make projects your own, and find a steady way back to them.

  1. 01

    Catch the idea

Save a stray thought, a line, a melody, or a spark of inspiration before it slips away.

  2. 02

    Give it a home

Shape ideas into projects, keep notes and materials together, and choose the tools that fit your craft.

  3. 03

    Find your rhythm

Set a gentle goal, build a habit, and notice the small steps that move your work along.

Room for your kind of work

Make it yours.

Start with tools for stories, poetry, or music, or build a project space around whatever you create.

Before you join

A few good-to-knows.

Who is The Garden for?
Writers, musicians, artists, and anyone making something of their own. You can use it for personal projects and ideas at your own pace.
How is it different from a task app or social platform?
The Garden is a personal workspace for the work itself: ideas, drafts, projects, and the habits around making them. Sharing and collaboration are there when you want them, but you do not need to post anything to use your garden.
Is the beta free?
Yes. The current beta is free to join. You install and receive beta builds through TestFlight; each build can be tested for up to 90 days. In-app subscriptions are not live yet.
Which devices can I use?
The Garden is available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. TestFlight will show whether your device and operating system can run the current build.
What do I need to join?
You need an Apple Account signed in to TestFlight on a supported device. Open the public invitation, install Apple’s TestFlight app if prompted, and accept the invite. You will also create a Garden account with an email address and username to use the app.
Where does my creative work live?
Personal projects, journal entries, ideas, and media are stored on your device and in your iCloud. Content is sent to our servers when you choose to collaborate or publish a portfolio. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
