Delete data from a connected Instagram account

You can remove the data Creative's Garden holds from your Instagram account in either of these ways:

• In Instagram. Go to Instagram Settings, then Apps and Websites, find Creative's Garden, and remove it. Choose the option to delete your data. Instagram notifies us, and we delete your data automatically.
• In the app. Open Settings, then Connections, and disconnect Instagram.

This permanently deletes your stored access token, campaigns, message logs, contacts, inbox messages, scheduled posts, uploaded post media and analytics for that Instagram account. When Instagram sends us a deletion request we give it a confirmation code, and you can check the status of that request at the link Instagram shows you.

Delete your whole account

To delete your Creative's Garden account and everything in it, open your profile in the app and choose Delete Account. This removes your profile, projects, files and connected-service data. If you own a project that other people collaborate on, transfer it or remove the collaborators first.
